At our consultation appointment, we will discuss your wishes and goals. Together we will work out a concept so that you can achieve them without having to make any sacrifices. For complicated issues, I am in constant exchange with doctors from different disciplines. In addition to your nutritional optimization, we will determine your muscle and fat content. Upon request, you will receive cooking recipes and tips for active implementation. You will receive a summary for reference via e-mail – no loose sheets of paper to keep track of! You’ll be able to quickly and easily access the e-mail wherever you are to help inform your purchases and fill your recipes.
I would be happy to consult with you at whatever location suits you best – be it in my office, at your home or even as a company-wide presentation (company health promotion).

Please note that scheduled appointments are binding! Postponements or cancellations are possible 24 hours before the agreed appointment by e-mail, SMS or phone free of charge. After that or in the event of a no-show, the consulting session is cancelled at the customer’s cost (50%).
