Data protection
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. Accordingly, I process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003) in accordance with the code of conduct of the regulated profession of nutritional counseling. Nutritionists are subject to an extended duty of care according to §1299 ABGB. The data provided by you during the consultation are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Personal data (such as name, e-mail address, address) are used for the fulfillment and execution of the contract. Data discussed during the anamnesis will be noted by me for the preparation of your nutritional consultation. This data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Within the scope of our online presence, the social plugins are identified by the respective buttons belonging to the service. Based on the data transmitted to the respective service via the social plugins, the service may be able to assign you to your account with it. To increase the protection of your data on our website, the social plugins are integrated on our website by means of the so-called "2-click solution". This ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such social plugins, no automatic connection is yet established with the servers of the respective providers.
